logg is an online platform providing beautiful, creative & meticulously curated products from smaller artisans and designers. We are a registered business in Australia Trading under ABN 22 639 148 023. By placing an order with logg, you are agreeing with Ts and Cs on this page.

All prices listed throughout our site are in Australian Dollars. We currently only ship to Australia but are working towards shipping internationally in time to come.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

We love what we do here at logg. We are committed to not only providing quality goods but the highest standard of customer service. We endeavour to ensure that all items listed on our website are in stock and priced correctly.

In the unlikely event that an item ordered is unavailable and is unable to be filled, you will be notified to arrange an agreeable alternative item, gift voucher or full refund.

In the unlikely event that an item has been priced incorrectly due to error, we may exercise our right to halt shipment or cancel an order. Where we become aware of any error or inaccuracy after order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-placing your order at the correct price or cancelling your order for a refund.

We make every effort to ensure our products are photographed professionally so that vivid colours and fine details are represented as accurately as possible. However, each individual electronic device may vary colours from one device to another – and from the tangible product you receive. In saying this, we do make every effort through our photography to keep it as close to the real thing as possible.

We try to make improvements through changes from time to time to ensure a pleasurable shopping experience and may update or correct information on our website without notice.

DELIVERY

 

All national orders are shipped by Australia Post. We offer free standard shipping within Australia for any orders over $100 & from time to time do vary this especially during sale / promotion times.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 for purchases under $50 ( unless varied during sale / promotion time as stated above ).

Standard delivery times can range from 3 to 10 business days within Australia. While Australia Post makes every effort to deliver parcels within our delivery time frame, for reasons which are beyond our control, delay could occur. Tracking details of your parcel will be available to you and a follow up with Australia Post is only a phone call away – or feel free to contact us anytime.  Any loss, damage or cost incurred due to late delivery is outside of our control and hence we are unable to accept liability.

We offer next business day Express Post delivery within the Australia Post delivery network for a fee of $16 regardless of amount spent. All Express Post orders will require signature upon delivery.

Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently do not ship outside of Australia or to PO BOX addresses unfortunately as all our deliveries require signature acceptance for your and our peace of mind.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

We really do love every product we curate here at logg and hope you do too. But, we appreciate it’s not always easy buying the perfect item online and we understand that you may need to make a return.

Below are the usual expectations for a return item that you’re probably familiar with. For a return to be processed and accepted:

  • the item(s) to be returned is/are in saleable condition;
  • the item(s) to be returned has/have not been worn or used;
  • the item(s) to be returned has/have the original tags still attached;
  • the item(s) to be returned is/are received back within 14 days of receiving order;
  • proof of purchase is provided;
  • a returns form is included with the item(s) returned

Exclusions for returns include consumable products such as food or drinks. Due to health reasons, other exclusions include personal care products such as soaps, body oils, fragrances & earrings.

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is carefully checked prior to dispatch. If however, you believe an item is damaged or faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined time frame. Your goods may be sent back to us for it to be assessed. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund or an exchange if item is still available. Notwithstanding our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, when an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, logg has the right to not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, logg will refund return postage costs. Please contact us at customerservice@logg.com.au to arrange.

 

RETURNS PROCESS:

 

To return an item purchased:

  • Download, print, and complete a returns form. When filling in your Returns Form, complete as much detail as possible, for example; full contact details, and reason for return.
  • Pack your item in secure packaging. Make sure you enclose the returns form and a copy of your invoice/proof of purchase with your items.
  • Ensure your return parcel has LOGG RETURNS and the address (see below) clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel and also ensure the sender’s address is on the back.
  • Post at any Australia post outlet. You are responsible for the return postage costs ( please see exception for faulty or damaged goods above ). We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to track your return.

REFUND PAYMENTS:

 

Once we receive your return we will issue a refund as quickly as possible by the same payment method as originally tendered. Please allow up to 7 days from the day you returned your order for processing and during peak trading times, we humbly ask that you be patient with us as we may require a tad more time.

Afterpay refunds can take between 1-5 business days. Any payment installments made up until the point of return will be refunded, and any future installments will be cancelled – please see full terms and conditions under Afterpay link.

Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER AMENDMENTS

 

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Changes to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts
  • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
